Downward Spiral

The downward spiral continues.  

In the beginning of Judges, Israel is recorded as doing “evil in the sight of the Lord”, over and over.

Samson is then recorded as doing what was “right in his eyes”, and after his death, the disease has spread.

It’s like most people didn’t even recognize who the true God was anymore.

[5] And the man Micah had a shrine, and he made an ephod and household gods, and ordained one of his sons, who became his priest. [6] In those days there was no king in Israel. Everyone did what was right in his own eyes.
